Tijuana River Valley 25, 100, & 500-Year Floodplains.  Understanding how flood waters spread throughout the valley is important to understanding how to address trash and sediment issues while minimizing flooding of developed properties.  The map below combines 25, 100 & 500-year floodplain maps with representations of publicly-owned and privately-owned property.  Individual floodplain maps can be viewed by clicking the appropriate entry in the column on the left.  These maps are for representational purposes only and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.  The maps are subject to change as new information becomes available.
